1. Eligibility
- Participation in the challenge is open exclusively to registered SoundGym members.
- Each participant may only use a single account to register and enter.
- Participants must register using a valid and accessible email address.
- By registering to SoundGym, participants agree to abide by all applicable SoundGym's Terms of Use. Participation in this challenge is conditional upon full compliance with these Terms.
2. Entry Procedure
To enter the challenge, participants must:
- Sign up or log in to their SoundGym account.
- Successfully complete the designated challenge. Only those who pass the challenge will qualify to enter the draw and become eligible to win prizes.
- Optionally earn additional entries by completing a workout during the challenge period.
3. Prizes and Winner Selection
- The challenge includes three prizes: a First Prize, Second Prize, and Third Prize.
- Accordingly, three separate random drawings will be conducted—one for each prize.
- Each drawing will be made from the pool of participants who completed the challenge successfully.
- Participants may win only one prize. If a participant is selected for multiple prizes, only the highest-ranking prize will be awarded, and a new drawing will be held for the lower-tier prize.
4. Winner Notification and Requirements
Winners will be contacted via the email address provided during registration.
Each winner must respond to the notification email within 48 hours and fulfill the following conditions to claim their prize:
- Proof of Receipt: Winners agree to send a photograph of themselves with the received prize as confirmation of delivery.
- Taxes and Duties: Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, customs duties, or VAT applicable in their country of residence.
- Shipping Information: Winners must provide their full name, complete shipping address, and any relevant delivery instructions necessary for successful delivery.
5. Additional Provisions
All prizes are supplied by third-party partners, who are solely responsible for their delivery and support.
SoundGym reserves the right to disqualify participants who violate these rules or the platform’s Terms and Conditions, or who attempt to manipulate the outcome of the challenge.
