Good day.
a new challenge!
Trying to improve my (poor) mixing capabilities I bought a video course for compression.
This is my version of Magician's Nephew Got out of bed.

I feel there is a lot of Bass (sorry I like it).
My targets were balancing and voice compression.
@Vlad Po I hope you find some kind of improvements, instead I will have to come at your home to learn something; I will bring for eating and drinking 😁.

hi, yes, the vocals sound much smoother than in the last mix, but you still came up with something to surprise me! What is your kick doing? I can hear the main beat coming 1/16 later, but there are a few more beats before that, apparently from other mics. Looking forward to surprises in the next mix :))))

Hello Cesare! Now, I think, you should cutting (little bit) frequence about 300-500 Hz on vocal, in order to become less roomy, and after add little bit reverb and delay with help to send channel.

maybe I'm wrong
Ceasare, you've done well!;)

@George Near about 300-500Hz I should agree with you, but about Reverb and delay I choose to not use them on this song. I put on lead guitar, but not on voices.

Hey Cesare, nice one! The vocal and the bass are too loud compared to the drum kit, I agree with the others on the vocal that could be equalized further on the mids ;P
