For around 150$ you can pick up DT 880/DT 990's, ATH-M50X, i believe some Sennheiser models aswell. Those should be good enough for any critical listening task. 😄

Yes, been loving my DT 880, and ATH-M50X as well, when in louder environments. Looking forward to getting the Sennheiser 600 or 650 once I put my studio together though.
