Yayy! Finally. I couldn't resist a month of pro subscription for all the games I was missing and wanted those diamond ears.
I found my calling in Eq Cheetah and within the first day of intense grinding, rose to a pretty high level already. Maybe all the fast paced games in the olympics have helped me there. But for some reason I've been stuck in Peak Master level 24 for really long though it's a similar game and not impossibly hard yet. I've pretty much neglected Eq Mirror but it'd be one of the most beneficial games for me, same with Balance Memory.
I liked Bass Detective surprisingly, I got the impression that it'd be much harder. Percentile wise, my strongest games are PanGirl, Eq Cheetah and Distorted Reality. If you don't count Feedback Eliminator, in which I kinda cheated by recording some of the sounds and answers as references and used those to pass the game. I gave up a bit somewhere after 1,300,000 and gained the missing SPI almost entirely from Feedback Eliminator. But baby, I got my diamanté ears in time.✨
Around 5ms: Change in tone-color (due to comb-filter-effect) Around 20ms: Almost no audible difference (to my ears) Above 30ms: From here, you can start to hear a difference between the transients of original and delay. Imagine this way: 30ms is the point, where you can just detect a tiny difference between the transients. From there, it increases. So around 70ms, to two signals will seem more separate. Think about it this way: How far from barely noticeable is the gap between the transienst. Or as another approach: Are the two transients seemingly almost overlapping, or are they beginning to feel more seperate (from around 50ms onwards). I'm not yet a full-on pro, still hope this is of more helpful to you than the answer LMQ gave you... Cheers!
