Playing games iPhone
Hi!
How do you pause the games on iPhone?

How do you adjust the Q in the EQ Mirror game?

Thanks.

im actually experimenting with training on the phone as we speak. i dont recall pausing functionality on any of the games on a computer (only thing close is muting the sound in game, but its not really a pause). and i dont see anything like that on phone either.

as for the eq mirror game, youll move it with your finger. no dials or buttons from what i saw yesterday. i have a iphone 13 with a regular sized screen. so idk if on bigger devices maybe itll show?

hope this helps!!

Dear Soundgym

I have been studying with you for several years and I thank you for everything you have allowed me to learn. However, I think there is something you have been stuck on and it is vitally important for those of us who are interested in producing music, and that is COMPRESSOR exercises.
I have not been able to understand the dynamics of any exercise, the sounds are uncomfortable and so far I think I have not learned enough compared to the other exercises.

Please, it's time to improve that
🙏

lol. I told my wife to ask the mechanic to check the blinker fluid.... and she did. Then went on public radio to relay the story under, most embarrassing moments. She got me back, but I don't tell that story.

Hey guys! Does anyone have any tips for Dr. Compressor??? I can't get past the 1st level even though on every other game I have completed multiple levels. Any tips on hearing compression better? Thank you!

If you get better at DB King first, it would be much easier to hear those volume differences. And even just volume balancing you're own music with tiny differences in db will help alot.

the compressed sound sounds more ambient (further back) and the transients are less pronounced (further back-i,e not as in your face as the non compressed transients)

Compressed: 1. The snare has a tiny bit more release and saturation 2. You can hear more reverb. I never played with percussions, they suck :D
