It's an interesting thing ! I do the same thing with one of my friend. I called him yesterday during one hour 😂 to do a point with my targets and discuss (it's really interesting to have another point of view). To be more focused I decided friday evening to uninstall facebook and instagram from my phone ... not putting a limit or something else but uninstall and have those application only on my computer and it's working for the moment ! I'm scrolling too much and it's really a problem for me and my productivity.
That's a neat idea and positive use of social media for a change 😁 . . kinda like here where we're more likely to be kind and supportive, but where the goals and topics could be anything.

I'm struggling to hear the difference in low delay settings in Delay Control. Everything below around 75 ms is hard to hear for me. Any tips or things to listen for? Thanks in advance
I know what you mean, below a certain number of ms it starts to sound more like a bit of reverb (to me at least) and difficult to decide when one choice is 10ms and the other is 20 or 25ms 😁
