DLYM is a versatile 'delay modulator' that is available for free from Imaginando. The plug-in features a cool, minimalistic UI that is clear and intuitive. DLYM can be used to create flanger and chorus style effects that range from the subtle to the truly transformative.
There are 20 presets to get you started, and these demonstrate the range of options that are available to you. But of course, the fun really starts when you start experimenting yourself.
There are two processing modes; 'analog emulation' for a vintage sound, and 'dimension' for more modern sounding processing. DLYM features six syncable modulation wavefoms; Sine, Square, Saw, Triangle, Sample & Hold and Filtered Sample & Hold.
There are a couple of further nice touches too; stereo spread is adjustable, and there is a crossover/cutoff control so that you can control the frequency range within which the effect is active. As you would expect, the plug-in also features a built-in preset manager.

DLYM is available as a VST and an AU. It is available in 32 and 64 bit versions on Windows, but only in 64 bit on Mac. The plug-in is also available as an AUv3 for use in compatible iOS applications. You can download the VST and AU from the Imaginando website, and the iOS plug-in from the AppStore.
