Help in Stereohead
Hi! Any tip for Stereohead? It's my only game in which I'm still level 1 and every time I play it I easily reach a point where I'm guessing and it feels like flipping a coin. I only use headphones. Every tip, suggestion or destructive criticism is appreciated )))

I find stereohead especially difficult on headphones vs. Speakers. It is still one of my worst games though even after upgrading to speakers.

Since you're on level one, just focus on whether its very wide, centered, or mid-width. Don't try for exact numbers. At level one you still have a pretty big margin for error so I would really just focus on those thirds.

I have found that .3 and .5 have particular sounds--they sound kind of wide while also sounding kind of centered. That's just how it hits my brain, so I don't know if it will hit you in the same way, but give a listen for that weird stereo/mono sound and see if you can pick it up.

Also, I'd recommend running it in practice mode and just getting tons of reps and, each time you do it, whether or not you get it right, try to analyze the sound and equate it with the correct number.

I used wired audiotechnica headphones and it improved for me and I've just advanced to level 2 in 5 mins. I just imagine in the studio how far apart or what corner of the studio are they standing in to sing. Level 2 is instrumentation btw. hope this helps

I always use my speakers for the stereo games, and turn my sub off because it collapses the width
Hi Guys ! This is my first release ever, Electro Dance Folk.
I composed, produced, mixed and mastered this track.
I would be honored to hear your opinion, if you like or not.
Thank you very much :)

Really enjoyable - I especially like the contrast section around 1:20'ish or so. The sound is very nice, feels mixed really well.

Sounded really good! I'm a sucker for a good punch from the kick! Well done!

This is great! Only piece of constructive feedback I have is the clickiness of the kick but only during the quieter sections, so maybe automate it a bit softer in those parts then have it more clicky in the chorus loud section. Amazing work! Love the delay work too
Congrats @Ekaitz Hernandez Perez for winning the Golden Ears Award!

Awesome! 😀 I am new here and really enjoy this site! I am curious if SoundGym has any stats about how many hours it typically takes to reach various level. Do you? Thanks!
