Any tips for Dr. Compressor? I'm usually pretty decent at it with a drum set, but I keep getting bongo sounds, and my accuracy seems to be a coin toss at this point.

Yes, the bongos are hard. First tip, you can choose which sound plays by clicking on your preference before you start. Tip on the bongos, listen for how the hit lingers instead of the focusing on the transient. The more compressed bongo hit will ring out longer than the less compressed bongo hit and the result is it sounds slightly brighter (at least to my ear).

Thanks that makes sense, I will try that. Also, I had tried to change the sound, but it still gave me the bongos.

Hello folks, I hope you're all enjoying your week !

Most likely one for the devs, but I was wondering whether we could get some more options for Balance Memory? As much as I like an easier game on this site, some variation and more options would definitely be useful so I don't get complacent, haha

what would you do if when you okay so he said yes would go?
Submitting multitrack material
Hi Soundgym Community and Team,
I absolutely love the plattform and use it alot.
Is it possible to submit high quality recordings (e.g. drum, vocal, bass, guitar recordings) so I and everybody else can train with them? I see the possiblity to submit songs, but if you want to train for mixing, multitrack material would be more helpful.
Do you also think, that would be helpful?
Happy practise to everyone,
Manou
I don't know if this is a big deal or not but this just happened to me...

@Stefan Hansen my overall percentage is 99.8%. I started on SoundGym back in May. Although, I did play the free games sometime before that. (Maybe a couple of months before at most.) I don't know how many hours I've put in. It's been a lot. I've played every day and put in full days a lot. Missing days has been rare for me but I have missed a day here and there. I took a week off once because my band was working on a big project.

@John Ackerberg your comment made me laugh! My husband says its true that I am psychic though. bwahahaha And anyway, I say we all are in our own unique ways. I think if everyone had the luxury of slowing down, getting in stillness regularly and then following their/our bliss, we'd realize we all have super powers of some sort. I'm just curious who on this site had the 100% on this game before me. Because I didn't hit 100 until I hit level 480. So...at least someone else can do this too.

And hey, never say never unless you want to the opposite. You're probably going to end up number 1 on something now. 😂 (I'm laughing but I'm also serious)

Thanks Stephanie. That's awesome! Do you dare to give an estimate for the average hours weekly? Is it close to 10, 20, 30, 40 or 50 hours weekly? I'm really curious! Rock on! 👾
