Out of interest, how do people go about their daily workout. Do you spend a specific amount of time on each game, or set a target to move up a level - or both??

In order to finish fast and avoid stress / frustration, I have the rule to try each game twice. If I pass to the next level in the first or second try, or if I couldn't pass in two tries, I continue with the next exercise of the day. Sometimes I finish pretty fast, but in the worst case I play up to 10 games and it could take 30 minutes or so.

You can play each game of the daily training more than once?

I like to pass at least one level a day if possible. One day I spent 3 hours on stereohead....ugh. Other days I sit down and in a game or two I hit it. And I also like to take breaks from the daily routine and focus on a specific topics, like the panning game or db game for instance I focused on just those for several days and felt like I made much more progress. Or the delay game I went in with my DAW and really got to know what 1ms sounds like. I was able to breakthrough and get to level 20. I think shaking it up is good from time to time.

yeah if I get a bad score I try again until I get a higher one. Different sounds each time so I can see what I need to work on
