Just a heads up that getting super accurate on EQ mirror yields insane SPI.
One game today with hyper accuracy dropped me about 50k SPI. Taking the extra time to be on point is highly rewarded. And gear is not the be all and end all btw, I did this on a cheap set of £10 Sony in ears. The thing that helped me most is mastering the vowel style approach to frequency identification.
