The Question Man

Hello there!

I've been stuck in Pan Girl at level 18 for more than half of a year, I don't know how to progress in it anymore, I'm using headphones and that's my only available setup at the moment. How to clear those levels in the game? It's only the game that left beyond level 20 in my list.

At the same time I manage to rank in Olympics at about 10th place in SpacePan Champ, if that's information being useful.

Thank you for suggestions!

@Beto Ojeda Unfortunately, I have no access to monitors, due to my life situation, I need to move around places, so it's not right time for building a room with monitors right now.

However, I find your advice helpful, I do enter practice mode and try to remember how it feels when a sound panned in certain way

@Dmitriy Mazur
I have the plugin, though it's not helping me much.
Also, they release 2nd generation of the plugin, check it out or yours is updated, but it looks different from mine

This is my hardest game as well! I found that, using headphones, if I took took one ear off and l compare the volumes of each ear relative to eachother, it helps me hone in on the position. A bit of a hack, but stereo imaging on headphones is pretty tough!

Hi Peter :) Nice work, a nice atmosphere that makes you listen pleasantly. Perhaps there is slightly too much saturation on the vocal bacs, or then it involves small noises or hiss during the recording phase. You can't hear much, but in the headphones I seem to hear something on the side (Almost inaudible, I could even be wrong!). But overall the track is nice to listen to!

Ps. Sorry for my bad English :(

so what do you think about both production and mixing..
Okay, I think it's the time. I'm doing my exercises every day for four months and now i can say that the people, who say smth good about this platform (ToneGym is included as well) just don't spend enough time here to understand, that this is the pure crap. Firstly, i thought I'm just complaining, but now i know that this is a systematic fault of the developers, who don't care about the functional.

1) What is going on with the hitbox of the cursors? I can point at the correct frequency, the exercises show that the frequency is in the correct diapason, but I'm still wrong. FIX THE DAMN HITBOXES

2) Something is defenitely wrong with most sounds. In ToneGym the only normally recorded instrument is the piano. Here, the problems with the audio are faced almost in every exercises, especially i hate the moments when you start to understand the answers not because you hear the distortion, but because you start to hear the sound problems and thus identify where is the correct answer

3) WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH THE PERCENTAGE? How do you calculate it? I make 80-90% of accuracy and it shows me only %30. I'm not sure that you are familiar with the concept of the percents. I was collecting the screenshots for a week, Attach it here

There are a lot of minor mistakes on the platform that can be related to the browser you use, that's why I'm not gonna speak of them, but the ones I listed can be corrected if you start doing smth with the platform

Thank you
