Guys, that mix was not perfect at all =) It has a problems with cymbals and trebles in general. Also it was kickless due to the lack of 5-6khz (‘kick’s click’) etc etc. I’ve done another version. Cool Melodics! 1 random suggestion. You can make this kind of music even cooler, if you use some synths, like a sub or some pads :D Non musicians wouldnt even recognize there is something "electronic". And sorry noone gave you feedback.

Hey Igor. Sorry. I'm just seeing this now. I thought the music was excellent. Depends what kind of effect you're going for. I don't know what you're trying to do. So, to comment too much on the presentation is probably unwise. If I was just going to listen to it not knowing it was from a movie, I think I'd want some room reverb on the piano so that it wasn't so present. However, like I said, depends what you're shooting for. I'm interested to hear the final product. When I hear that, I'll PM you some of my film music. LOL. Best wishes as you're working on it.

Really cool composition and arrangement! One question, is it suppose to sound like a computer played it or just overly 'square'/robotic? In terms of the mix it seems to bunch up in the low mids to my ear so maybe take a look there to see where the strings, piano, and kick can be separated a bit.

привет, Игорь. Только что попался на глаза твой пост и скажу, что как только вступает фано пропадает ощущение естественности, на нем очевидно нет реверберации и оно лишено динамики . Из-за этого звучит слишком механически.

Melody is accepted by client so one day I’ll have a chance to show you the video context etc. For now it is some kind of «concentrate» - its different parts could be deconstructed into opening theme, backgrounds, incidentals etc. That’s why I have some problems with joining of its parts into one composition. Huge thanks for technical feedback with ‘robotic’ sounds, lack of reverb etc. I’ll keep working with this issues to get the best sound.

Влад, спасибо! Дурацкая была задача - слепить в одну композицию заголовки заставки, темы, фоновые вставки и пр. В результате сова на глобус натянулась с заметными сложностями. По реверу и динамике буду целенаправленно ковырять - есть там и то, и другое, но если не считывается, значит надо дорабатывать. Спасибо еще раз!

хочу еще добавить, что у тебя нет пространственных планов, только ближний, и если с мониторов скрипки ещё норм звучат, то фано в мониторах звучит прямо в лицо (это я сразу заметил), а в наушниках (я сейчас проверил) локализуется внутри головы и ударные вступая не спасают положения. Тут, конечно вопрос художественной задачи, но вряд ли все инструменты должны быть в один ряд стоять. Ели нужны подсказки, пищи в личку попробую помочь.
