Hello Andreas :) Nice idea, the piece has a pleasant melancholy! From my listening here it seems to me that the low frequencies are too suffocated, the kick is lost too much. For the rest everything seems ok to me; the track is also a little too short to give an overall judgement, but the idea developed well could be nice. Pay attention to the side; I hear something rumbling that perhaps would be better in the center.
Good music :)

I definitely second the opinion that the sustained low end is masking the kick. a little shelf or dip where the kick is thumpiest would probably do it. A Dynamic EQ might also be nice or even a side chain comp. Or.... a side chained dynamic EQ if you have one!

Another thought is to actually just boost the overall volume of the kick so that the transient hits your master bus comp/limiter hard enough to pump everything out of the way a bit.

The arrangement has the potential to sound HUUUUGE so I'd say just have fun with it!

This is now the improved Version. I made the song a little faster because I actually like it a little better that way. The rumbling on the side that Vittorio mentioned is a Kick which is Stereo Spread and delayed with a Ping-Pong effect. I centered it a bit more.

Nicely done! It not only brings the kick forward just enough, it also allows more of your harmonic instruments to shine through...

Hi Andreas :) Now the kick has found its place, it's definitely better. To be honest though I'm not convinced by the rumble on the side I mentioned of the Kick which is Stereo Spread and delayed with a Ping-Pong effect. Then it's a personal taste here, so I don't allow myself to judge, but in my opinion it's cluttering up and doesn't bring anything worthwhile. At the very least, if you really like it, you could try cutting the entire low part... at least up to 300hz and listen to how it sounds. For the rest much better, bravo!
