Hey Domas, welcome to Mixdown Training Room and Soundgym, hope you stick around! The bass sounds really good and I liked your decision on where to pan things. The biggest thing that stood out to me is there's too much high end, it sounds a bit harsh. To me it sounds like the acoustic and drums are the culprits here. The vocals and horns are sitting nicely. Good mix for your first time, keep it up!

Thanks :) I did removed some of the high end. And made snare and kick more punchy, looked at some tutorials my friend suggested. And bit turned down some of the instruments :)

Hey Domas, I'm just going to echo Ben here. The Acoustic guitar and cymbals have A LOT of high end. It might be effective to listen at quite a low level to hear this more easily. I find them quite distracting, despite being quite low in level.

It's most often best to first concentrate on balance at quite a low volume, then look at reducing masking/removing resonance before you look towards pumping in a lot of high-end. I made this mistake FOR YEARS, maybe you can get a little head start on me. :D

It isn't messing up, it is a learning process. It will take a while, but there are things that can be done to learn faster. Obviously a lot of the learning tools on this site are exactly for that, but a big thing is referencing (listening to songs you know/like/are of a similar style), so that you can hear what might be an appropriate amount of different frequency ranges.
Of course, even there, rules are made to be broken, but there are norms for the amount of top/low end are there, and usually they are meant to represent the kind of amount that we may hear in a room from that kind of instrument. It is helpful to listen, for example, to an acoustic guitar being played in a room.
