Hey guys,
Here’s my version of Kat Wright - “Contact”
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Sk8VDoZxwS5Tdre_Yi0EfMZ3z9fE_P29/view?usp=sharing

It was hard to deal with mic’s bleeds this time, especially on vocals! I tried different solutions to cut out unwanted frequencies and make it sounds consistent.. Then I added delays, reverbs and other effects to open the stereo image and give a sense of 3dimentionality ;p

Oeps!....Just discovered that I was mixing the wrong song (by my side)..... Let me try to fix it.

Nice Mix MAGGHY! Great song! Kick and base in the first part are a bit to loud for my taste, but from 2:24 onwards they sound perfect.

Awesome mix, it sounds great to me. I like that you gave more priority to the horns on some important parts, even if they make the vocals smaller.

Love the mix Magghy! Only thing probably I'd reduce a little the 800-900 area in the vocals to make them sit even more into the music.

hi MAGGHY JI, the mix is good, but I think the guitar gives too many too noticeable repetitions. I would say that this is a matter of taste, but it seems to me that they do not fit well with the rhythm of the song.

Great voice! I think is a great mix. I have a doubt... The bass guitar is panned to the left?

Thank you @Gabriel Acrogliano! The bass is on the center while the guitars are panned one to the left, one to the right ;p

It seems that my Headphones loses the bass frequencys on the right, I must fix it. That makes me feel the bass guitar more on the left jajaj
