For me the best way to pass EQ cheetah is not to compare before/after every time, but to learn to hear the amplified frequency in other exercises and then apply this knowledge to EQ cheetah. It saves you a lot of time, when you don't compare)
I'm good on EQ cheetah now, without having to compare, but in the olympics I can't do Cut Champ without comparing, and then I basically play it like EQ Cheetah to hear what frequency gets amplified when I bypass the effect. :D
