Hey,
as I see it, you have just started training (only 6 Workouts are displayed on your profile).
in this case, the most important advice is to continue training. DAILY. can be twice a day - in the morning and in the evening. those. spaced apart in time (especially good if there is a daytime nap between them).
The next piece of advice would be to LISTEN. do not rush to give an answer to the next task in training. slowly listen, try to visualize the source of the sound. try to do it closing your eyes.

third: regularly (daily or periodically) 'calibrate' the ears. there is a 'Practice With White Noise' button on the right side of the PanGirl task, use that.

fourth: go through the exercise several times in each workout.
but without fanaticism. long hours of training is not as effective as it might seem.
much more important REGULARITY of classes. those. 15 minutes every day (yes, yes, exactly 15 minutes a day can be enough) is much more effective than 1 three-hour workout once a week.
but if you really have a lot of free time per day, and you want to spend it ALL on training, then break all this time into many short sessions. those. 20 minutes of training - 40 minutes doing something else. then again 20 minutes of training ... and so on.

ps while you are at the beginning levels, the issue of technical equipment (the quality of headphones, monitors, the location of monitors, and the arrangement of the room) is not so important. at the initial stage, in tasks, the band for guessing is wide enough so that the technical requirements do not play such a critical role (well, unless the monitors are close to each other, or the headphones are put on the other way around)))).

and one more general advice (not only for panorama training) - take your time.
do not rush to get high levels in training as quickly as possible. because your goal is not numbers in the status of passing games. but a trained ear. Having passed the next level - rejoice.
rejoice, and then return to the previous level. and go through it again. how many tries will it take? if more than 3x, then this means that you have not mastered it enough. and it's too early for you to move higher. there will be no benefit from this, but there will be harm - it will become more difficult to play, and progress will slow down.
an even more radical way - after each level taken, lower the level as much as possible (pro account allows 10). and go through them again.

I really hope that some of these tips will help you (and anyone who reads this).
I wish you success!

I recommend you to use Realphones. It works in SystemWide mode, so you can put it in your entire system, not only your DAW.

I'm testing it (intalled yesterday) and I think it works. Try the 41 days demo.

Ooooh @Ziggy Shpakovsky what advice bro! 👏

This week is been dificult for me. I'm out of my homestudio. But practicing in soundgym in the way you said is a great alternative to seize the time.
Thanks my friend! I hope to improve my skills in that way 😁

Take your time, it's not easy on headphones ...
Easier on monitors for sure !

Yeah I even bought a more expensive pair - the slate VSX's & they are very good, very real, & better than the BeyerDynamic DT1990's I bought & returned. Also if you use the Room's feature that comes with them it does sound like you're in the room & listening from speakers - once you get used to them you forget you're wearing them. I have no better results from headphones but I'm using good speakers & my room is tuned flat so either way it's about the same. I do get the highest scores on my monitors but I also use them a lot more than the headphones. But the point is that I do trust them to be accurate enough to do the exercises in those tuned (virtual) rooms.

For Stereohead, I found that it's best to imagine the sound as if it's coming from two speakers in a room, kind of in a more intuitive way, rather than trying to focus on more technical qualities. I remember being stuck with the first level of Stereohead for a long time, but changing the way I listened in this way helped me. I always use my Beyerdynamic DT 770 and I first thought the headphones were the issue, but I think it's completely doable on them (I'm currently at level 21), might not be as easy though.
