Hi everyone, I'm starting to post my beats on YT, I'd like to hear your opinion about this one. Have a good day!

the snare is pretty quiet, the kick is completely dominating the mix

I really dig this. Never been instructed to use Headphones by an instrumental before, but that first time experience was a good introduction for all those many more things throughout the track that carried similar ok, unusual, never heard those things in that context, why does it not sound out of place while the place where it is otherwise is a completely stranger to itself?vibe and appealπŸŽπŸ§πŸ’«πŸŽ―πŸ€¨πŸ˜―

The Snare maybe feels a bit thin around it's waist, but that might be because it's pitch-shifted Rimshot layered with i believe a clave? It could have a slightly looser bodice and a long, wide skirt, but not really urgently as it already fits pretty good in place where it is (though, being this neatly compact and in the back is unusual for a Snare, here it feels good)

The Kick is on point, in my opinion. Nicely cuts through the Bass, without washing it out, hitting right in the chest, but like a mentoring, encouraging punch than a provoking one.

The trapy triplets and accenting rolls on the Hihats have nice timing throughout, complementing the melody in rhythm .

The Tape saturated Keys building the chord progression in arpeggiated steps, alternating between ascending and descending in a nice, non-monotonous way.
Together this forms a solid, established framework of a Trap instrumental.
But then you throw in these sexy glide emphasized drill 808s
that almost gives it a D'n'B appeal in combination with the vast spectrum of stuttered, panning drones that add more high energy movement to the the scenery than weekend in a mirror maze.

I would love to hear an artists' vocal melody and rhythmic approach on this as there are many possibilities due to the fluent convergence of genre typical elements. πŸ‘ŒπŸ‘ŒπŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

Thanks for the review Mark I'm glad you enjoyed itπŸ’ͺπŸ’―πŸ’―, I can see what you guys say about the snare/rim, maybe I could've given it a little more presence with some saturation.

Snare gotta be a little more upfront and beat needs some panning especially in the synths.

@Zeti yeti did you hear the same as I did? tell me where it lacks panning? The it's literally swirling around my head like those birds and stars in a cartoonπŸ’«πŸ’«πŸ’«

Excellent, need more arrangement contrast in my opinion, and volume automation, also the 808 is behind the piano, if wanted Its cool if not may sidechain the piano to the 808, or make a low cut on the mono information of the piano

Also the Rim don't cut the mix, try change it, the rapper have to hear clearly and it has to lead the rythm right here Its too shy

Nice track !!
