don't know about that.. though you can go and repeat previous levels!

On a free account you can delete the account and start over or create new account with different email.

On a paid account (Pro) you can use the change level option to go back 10 levels, for example lvl 11 --- lvl 1

No I think they were saying you can go back in 10 level chunks untill you are in single digit levels with a paid account (at least that's how I read it, I may be mistaken).
