i dont know the free way, but the abo is itdefinitely worth if you use it a lot

Im pretty sure it's ONE free game a day free. It's really meant to just give you a taste before you commit to purchasing it. But I can assure you won't see much improvement with one game per day. And search around for discount codes online. I got my year subscription at like 25% off.

The games that are locked will remain locked until you purchase a subscription i believe.

On a free account, you get one workout per day. However, you can play the the game more than once by pressing the "Play Again" button instead of continue/finish workout

Soundgym is great for beginners when it comes to mix and mastering. But wheb it comes to its exercises they are amazing regardless of your skills level.

I think you can do Duels and the Olympics, can't you?
