It's a short TV documentary showing Martin Hannett (producer, best known for Joy Division) walking Tony Wilson (the head of Factory Records) through the analog mixing process. It's July, 1980, at Strawberry Studios, Stockport, on a custom Formula Sound console, and the song is 'The Visitor' by Pauline Murray and the Invisible Girls.
