Hi, it seems like all of the topics go over the same things

The best one of this series is Topic #2. I actually watched them before I enrolled in this class. Legendary video series. Otherwise, I agree.

I was just trying to bring Adam Neely's sentence into this context, but I misspelled it so bad...! Thanks for suggesting this video, @xin : I had never seen this guy, but I like his way of explaining things. I'm going to check out his channel in a minute...

@Julian Ventura : I'm sorry, but I just threw that 'repetition...' sentence as an answer to your question because I find that learning through repeating a zillion times is psychologically very challenging for me, and I need to have the goal in sight if I want to succeed. But I can't recommend any strategy because I don't know what set of videos are you talking about (those in 'courses' under 'learn' section? or the mixed topics, different authors vids under 'videos'?

When I went through most of the videos I'd take time to explore with those tools or similar to use the material as a creative springboard. For the sound design learning topic, I feel like I got a lot out of it... that being said I'm in a phase of synth learning where things are starting to click together. For me with learning synthesizers (over years) there has been a lot of back to square one and sometimes when presented with a new tool it feels like you know nothing at all (until you remember that you actually do)... but that's sometimes pretty refreshing

I'd say those videos are all worth watching, maybe space it out over time, but synthesizing the knowledge through use is the most important part.

Thanks for all you guys' answer. Really appreciate it. @XIN I will definitely watch, and @Cuantas Vacas I was referring to all of the videos in the sound design learning topic
