Although I'm not a huge fan of the closer end of Behringer's pipeline, as in most cases their clones are just not there in authenticity in sounding as much as in looking - though there are a few exceptions (- before you smash the lever of the hyper engine, and leave this space for good 😉 ). I hope very much this legendary model is being highly respected to get that care during the design just as in the implementation phase to meet the expectations that such an icon deserves (- Please leave the candy colors in the gift bag, and keep it sealed for this one!). Behringer said they are going for the CS80 a while ago. I am happy to see that they actually make progress with this project. It is a truly legendary poly-synth, and I hope they will not forget the polyphonic aftertouch. The ultimate toy for me 😍
Finally, I was thrilled this morning when saw the news! Glad to see there are big fans like me, where would we be at without this masterpiece!? :D Polyphonic aftertouch would be a great feature, this one doesn't seem to come with the ribbon... Sounds like an instant get on release, @Noam Gingold ? 😆
If there will be polyphonic aftertouch this is a must-have for me. I also wonder about the size of the keys. There are a lot of them, I guess it will be mini size.
Yeah it's a quick photoshop sketch, so nothing is for sure. Hope it's not ending up like the mediocre K2 😬
