Hi guys! I am very new to this platform and I think it is amazing and I am happy to join this community. I am currently working on an album for next year. It is very genre unspecific, but I just finished Mixing the first 6 songs and I'd be absolutely happy to get some feedback on one of the tracks:

Of course it might not be music for everyone, but I hope for a objective mixing critique.

Thanks! :)

Great Energy man... I don't know much about mixing metal\ hard rock music...but this is good...maybe trying sweeping for some resonating frequencies in the high end which are bit too harsh...all in all great stuff!

This rocks and sounds great! You clearly gave attention to arrangement and automation, and the vox, guitars, bass, and synths all fit well together. I would not change much if I were you. I only noticed two details that I might tweak: there is a frequency in the cymbals that is harsh and the snare drum could use just a little more presence and space around it. For the cymbals, possibly a de-esser combined with stereo imaging or mild chorusing and saturation could help, or a ducking/sidechain compressor keyed to something like the kick and/or snare. For the snare, maybe a short room reverb with predelay and filtered up to be bright might be interesting. These are minor issues, though. Your song and mix are strong and fun.

Thank you! I will also try to get the cymbals a bit more smooth in the high end! :) Just one question about the snare: I use two different ones, one in the "Hook" and on in the Verses. The Snare in the verses is indeed very raw.. I will play with the reverb and see what I can do! But I really appreciate your feedback.
