I take rest days sometimes and then comeback with refreshed ears. Then Ill usually keep doing the daily workouts with SMART on to target your worst games. After getting my butt kicked in EQ mirror since forever, something clicked one day and now Ive gone up multiple levels in a day. Never quit.

What's your daily routine ?
What's your target ?
What's your strengths and weaknesses ?

It's a balance between rest, concentration, relax and focus 😉

Best to do this in the morning when you are at your max!

For me, this works the same as going to the gym and exercising.

1. You will see real progress after a considerable amount of time (in my case, 2-3 years).

2. Do your daily training even if you don't feel like it and don't see immediate progress. This will help you create a stable habit.

3. When you feel stuck, it's a good idea to take a few days off.

4. Never compare your process with that of other people because everyone is unique and has a different way and pace of learning.

5. You can use “smart training,” which is a very good option for daily workouts.

I hope some of this helps!

i like to do it in the morning if i can, but lately ive been training from anywhere. in the studio, on the phone, with headphones, airpods, just to get used to frequencies and train everywhere, mitigating excuses and experiencing focused hearing in a variety of places. maybe it's not the most effective, but i really wanna lock in and get diamond ears.
