You can switch to practice mode in that game, and sweep around all the frequencies with all the sounds you have available. You can also try practice mode with pink noise
For me it helped to be less accurate, just throw it somewhere close where I thought. the range at first is so large you don't need to know if it's 1k or 3k but somewhere there. Click fast without much of rationale or analysing, I think the other games are for that but just go with the gut feeling on cheetah worked for me.
Same here (around Level 3, but getting better). It helps to sweep around in your DAW to know the sounds. Another way is to whisper the following words (google Vowel Technique): 250 Hz Boot / 500 Hz Toe / 1 KHz Father / 2 KHz Bet / 4 KHz Beat / 6 KHz Kiss . It's a start.
OK, this was me about 2 months ago and now I'm on level 10. I asked the same question and got great advice from the people with whom I'm training (TRE Course). First, realize that you have to get 25 correct answers in 60 seconds, which means if you don't get any wrong answers at all, you have 2.4 seconds to respond to each sound. If you get one wrong, you are penalized meaning that the average time to respond is shorter than 2.4 seconds. Practically speaking, this means that you don't have time to listen, then compare then choose. You only have time to listen and choose. Therefore, you have to go with your first impression of the sound you are hearing and click on a frequency quickly. If you play the game over and over with the same music, it is easier to recognize which frequency has been boosted, rather than letting the game choose a variety of songs for you each time you play. What I did to win my first level-up was to literally play over and over again using the same music each time, until I got fast enough to achieve the 25 correct answers. I was so shocked to see the screen turn blue at that point that basically wasted the remaining 10 seconds. Once you have achieved your first win this way, you can either do the same thing with the same or a different song choice to achieve your next win or you can give yourself a challenge and see if you can level up using different choices each time. It may be hard to believe, but this actually gets easier over time. I hope this helps and good luck!
Linda said a good suggestion. And I add to you take a time with Practice Mode before to do the exercise. Take some notes of impressions you have and maybe 1 or 2 videos explaining about it can helps you. I suggest you start with a White Noise and after with a song you have in your SoundGum Library. Good Practice and let us know your progress.
Hello, I hope I can help you. First of all, if you can make a mistake at some point and still have time to complete it. Use the left and right arrows on a keyboard to move faster from the original sound to the equalized sound. If you use tracks with music with several instruments, it will be much easier to identify the frequencies than with isolated instruments. You can buy that music with the coins you are earning in the game. You have different styles.
I wouldn’t try EQ cheetah until you are around level 10 or 15 on peak master. It will be much more manageable at that point. They are the same game, EQ cheetah is just on a time crunch. I think your time will better be spent with peak master, and if you can reach a high level there, you will be able to fly through the first ten levels of EQ cheetah fairly easily
