Click on while Mixing: Mandatory move or Optional crutch?
Some engineers keep the click running the whole session. Others only use it when it actually helps. So where do you stand: Always or Not Always?

It matters because groove, editing speed, and decision-making can all change depending on how locked-in the track is.

Team Always or Team Not Always? Why?

Mini-Challenge: A/B for 60 seconds: commit, then comment.

A click is a digital metronome giving the tempo to the musicians.
As far as I know you can find one in every DAW.
It helps people playing in rhythm but sometimes you loose some natural human micro variations which can give a nice groove feeling.

Team never - I use it while recording but have never used it while mixing

It's too big of a distraction to leave on. I turn it on for timing corrections, that's about it.
